Amendment 8

The eighth amendment states there cannot be cruel nor unusual punishments for a convicted criminal. A criminal cannot have excessive charges to pay, nor an excessive bail fine.
Amendment 9

The ninth amendment talks about the rest of the rights people are entitled to. This amendment says all of the rights stated before are not people's only rights, and cannot be denied nor used against a person.
Amendment 10

The tenth amendment tells the government that they aren't all- powerful. It states people rule the country, and can change their representatives if the representatives aren't doing their job and putting in the people's hands.

The eleventh amendment says federal courts can't have court in another state that a crime was convicted in. Federal courts are also mentioned as not having as much power as the Supreme Court.

The twelfth amendment talks about Executive Elections. It says voters have to meet in their state registered, and the candidate that receives the largest amount of popular votes for a state receives all the state's votes. This amendment corrects a problem in the second article for voting.
Amendment 13

The thirteenth amendment officially puts an end to slavery. It says Congress can enforce this amendment in any court case.
Amendment 14

The fourteenth amendment talks about citizens. Citizens can live in any state in which they please, and also cannot be taken of life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness. The representatives in a state are discussed on a state's citizen population.
